Quick Word

ClevPRIME 14.2

The ClevPRIME 14.2 team finished as the Tournament Champions in the 14Club Division. What's impressive is that the team finished 7-0! That's right, they did not loose a single match all weekend. The girls played amazing all weekend and when it came down to crunch time, the team was able to push harder, play faster, and eventually come on top.

Interesting Fact: Three years ago (the inaugural year of ClevPRIME) Greg Marthe, the head coach of the 14.2 team, drove to Pittsburgh to watch his daughter win a three day tournament for ClevPRIME. Three years later, Greg Marthe drove to the same place, to watch his TEAM win the Mizuno Steel City Freeze. Great job Greg and the rest of the team!

ClevPRIME 15.2

The ClevPRIME 12.2 team finished as the Tournament Champions in the 15Club Division. Just like the 14.2 team, the 15.2 team finished 7-0. What's even more impressive is that the 15.2 didn't drop a single set on the weekend! There's not much more to say other than the girls are AWESOME! The girls played with a lot of energy, the parents were loud, and they showed everyone what happens when you play great and have a lot of support. Congrats girls!

ClevPRIME 14.1

The ClevPRIME 14.1 team finished as the Runner-Up in the 14Open Division. The team finished 4-2 overall, loosing only to Niagara Frontier Volleyball Club twice, once in pool play and than again in the finals. The 14.1 team played inspirational volleyball. They continue to have a competitve and successful club season.

ClevPRIME 16.1

Similar to the 14.1 team, the ClevPRIME 16.1 team finished as the Runner-Up in the 16Open Division. The team finished 4-2 overall, loosing to L2 Volleyball Club twice, once in pool play and than again in the finals. Nonetheless, the 16.1 team played some good volleyball and is figuring out who they really are. We're very excited to see them progress as the season goes along.
